PawWare Account & Data Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your PawWare account and what happens to your data after your request is submitted.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your PawWare account at any time by emailing us at:

Please follow these steps to ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible:
- Email hello@pawware.app
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
- Include the email address or phone number associated with your PawWare account
For security purposes, we may need to verify ownership of the account before completing the deletion. This process is available to all users, including those who no longer have access to the app.
Data That Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:
- User account profile
- Pet profiles and pet-related data
- Activity logs and usage history
- Photos and uploaded files
- Reminders and calendar entries
- Posts and gallery content
- Account identifiers associated with your profile
Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for operational, legal, or security-related purposes, including:
- Transaction and subscription records
- Aggregated or anonymized analytics data
- Crash logs and diagnostic data
- Records required to meet legal obligations
Any retained data is stored securely and is not used to identify you for normal app usage after your account is deleted.
Retention Period
We may retain required records for up to 90 days after your deletion request, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days after verification.
